Well I have been reading on palm devices for quite a few years now - as long as I could convert something from the web to a format for a Psion, Palm, smartphone or PDA. Yes pages are small but turning them is usually a simple matter - even on a moving train whilst standing; poor light is never an issue as nearly all devices had backlights or something.
So the new spate of page readers - they are more book sized.... well it makes me smile. One such is the Samsung - which looks like a bigger Blackberry or something - so just add a phone connection and you actually have a A4 sized smartphone.
Really is this as far as we have come??
